Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LexiReader, provided by Sergio Taratorin ("we"). By creating an account or paying for Premium you agree to them.

The service

LexiReader is a reading and vocabulary app for language learners. The free plan includes reading, dictionary lookups, the word bank and reviews, with limits on AI explanations and imported books. Premium removes ads and raises those limits.

Premium, payments and renewal

• Premium costs 399 ₽ per month or 3190 ₽ per year by card or the Faster Payments System (SBP) through YooKassa, or 250 / 2000 Telegram Stars inside Telegram. Prices may change; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
• Monthly Telegram Stars subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled. Card payments renew automatically only if you agreed to save your card; otherwise each period is paid separately.
• You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in Settings → Subscription, or in Telegram under Settings → My Stars. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
• New accounts can try Premium free for 7 days, once per person. No payment details are needed for the trial.

Your content

You may import only texts you have the right to use. You are responsible for the books and texts you upload; we store them only to show them to you.

AI explanations

AI explanations are generated automatically and can be inaccurate. Use them as learning help, not as authoritative translation.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use automated means to exceed its limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
